33 Days of Ibadat

33 signifies the Tasbih, prayer beads and is a repeated motif in my work. These works were started at the same time everyday for 33 days. (4.00 am –the time for Bandagi/meditation, prayer)

They became more poignant for me because during this process I was talking to my mother a lot and a few days after I finished, my mother passed away. (these are select works from the series.)
