Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio with an emphasis in Drawing, Printmaking and Photography at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, USA.

Expected time of graduation is May 2017.


Previously graduated from Jamnabai Narsee School, Mumbai, India with an International Baccalaureate Diploma in the year 2013. Also secured highest marks and certificate of recognition in the country for Art and Design in the IGCSE program.



2016- The Abraham Lincoln Student Laureate Award for Civic Engagement and excellence in Academics in the State of Illinois.

2016: Aga Khan Youth Award for excellence in Leadership and Creative Expression.

2016- Award for Excellence in Leadership at SAIC.

2015- Touched by Fire, Art and Laughter Show, a celebration of creativity—in honor of the Mood Disorders Association of Ontario’s 30th anniversary held in Toronto, Canada.

2015- Group exhibition Flash by the Foundation for Asian American Independent Media at the Gene Siskel Film Center, Chicago IL.

2012 & 2013- Kala Ghoda Art Festival, Mumbai, India. Assisted the artist Varsha Pandit on two public art pieces, which were showcased at the annual national event.




2016- Taught acrylic and tile painting workshops at the Jubilee Games 2016- Global village in Dubai. (5 days, 4 classes a day, 40-50 students per class.)

2016- Taught several acrylic painting workshops for Midwest Ismaili Artist Development Program for all ages. (15-25 participants per class.)

2014-2015- Art seminars for Children and Senior Citizens, at the Kansas and Milwaukee Aga Khan Education Center. (30-50 participants of all ages)

2014- Assisted an art class (children of grade 1, age 6-7) at the Akanksha School for the underprivileged in Mumbai, India.

2014- Organized an art competition for children through the National Scouting & Guiding Committee, Mumbai, India.
